Sturdy construction, bearer contact, improved pull side lay & three large form rollers of varying diameters for superior ink distribution ensure high quality dot sharpness & top printing quality. All cylinders are cast in one piece and are of treated alloy cast iron and hard chrome plated. Stream Feeder gives smoothest control of each sheet as it approaches the feed board. Double sheet detector & no sheet detector are provided on feed board for safety.

WHY SHOULD I GO FOR FIVE COLOUR, WHEN I HAVE AN OPTION OF FOUR COLOUR.

Yes, you are right, you can save some amount by going for 4 colour. But what will you do when stuck up with following kind of jobs.

• Calendars in regular 4 colour pictures with special colour background like pink or pictures highlighted with silver/gold.
• Publicity brochures of consumer products/consumer durables like TV / Refrigerator, sound equipments or brochures for automobiles sales promotions with Z Black background, text in silver/gold or borders /framing of pictures in silver/gold.
• Posters, leaflets, danglers or any other publicity/sales promotion product with 4 colour pictures and special colur background / highlighter or company logo/brand in particular special colour.
• In packaging products like mono cartons printed on duplex board generally designs are in 4 colour pictures with 5th special Pantone shade to give a separate identity to that particular product. Same in labels.
• In normal 4-colour printing by utilizing first unit for dampening, it will take care of paper expansion and to remove paper fluff to avoid frequent stoppage for spot removal.
